7 Days Stranded In A Cave is a challenge video created by MrBeast.

Plot[]

MrBeast and his friends are descending hundreds of feet into a cave that runs five kilometers deep into the Earth. As the crew touch the ground, they are officially stranded in the cave for the next seven days.

There, they got to go really far away from where they repelled down, going deep into the cave to set up base camp, because if it storms, the entire area could flash flood—fill up like an ocean—and potentially drown them all. So they go looking for flat ground to set up camp. Upon entering the mouth of the cave, they stumbled upon an area with high enough elevation to protect them from any flood flashing, meaning that it was good enough for camp. So they spent the rest of day one, around four hours, grabbing their supplies that they were dropped with, getting all of it back up to their base camp. At “home”, they set up lights and the bare minimum for camping grounds, drilling holes to hang up some thin ropes that will be able to support hammocks. And with the help of their survival guide, Joel, they hung their hammocks. After that, they ate some dinner and prepared for a very cold night one. That part of the cave is 2.5 kilometers long, and they are basically camping at the entrance. They go sleep and woke up on the next day in the morning at 7:20 a.m.

As of first day, since the caves constantly dripping water on us from above, they put a tarp over them. But even still, the water's dripping into their hammocks. So they decide to connect the tarps so they stay dry while they are sleeping. As it appears, the hole is almost 40 feet deep, so while Shawn and Jimmy got started improving their tarp, Mack and Karl went to see how dangerous the hole was for themselves. And because everything looks the same, it is probably hard to follow them in the cave. On the map on our screen, we could see their home base and how far they are moving away from it. While they were doing that, Jimmy and Shawn were zip tying the tarps together to create one massive tarp. Meanwhile, Mack and Karl were still in a hole and eventually made it to the bottom. Even though they should have been on their way back, Karl and Mack insisted on seeing how deep they could go. But little do they know, a river runs throughout the entire cave, which means they will be spending some time in it. So they made it up to home, with Jimmy and Shawn completed improving their place. They also moved the fire pit to a little cove they found, which is warmer and cozy inside. The rocks above the entrance to the cove trap the heat there and block the “urination” from the rocks above. After a much drier night of sleep, waking up at 8:31 a.m., they decided to have Joel, their survival expert, help them get all the way to the end of the cave.

To be continued.
