Clay (born August 12, 1999 [age 23]), better known online as Dream or DreamWasTaken (formerly DreamTraps), is a member of the Dream Team, a group of YouTubers who make Minecraft content about plugins they've coded to change the game. He has the most subscribers out of the 3 members and has been active on his current channel the longest. He is known for creating and popularizing Minecraft Manhunt.
His YouTube channel icon is a hand-drawn, bold white figure with a green background and the words "dream" in all lowercases written beside it.
He is also a collaborator with MrBeast, usually being featured in numerous Minecraft videos, Among Us videos, and 3D Among Us videos on the MrBeast Gaming channel. However, he did also make an appearance in I Bought The World's Largest Mystery Box! ($500,000), a video of the main channel, where a Dream-themed crate was sent to MrBeast, and that crate contained lots of stuff that he put inside. It was opened by Alex, a fan of Dream, and the crate contained a Slingshot, a wi-fi grill telescope, nutella, and more. Moreover, given that he subscribed to MrBeast, Alex received $10,000.
On April 14, 2021, MrBeast told Dream that their fans are going to be subscribed by their April collaboration. On April 26, 2021, Dream announced on his Twitter that he got his own style of a burger available on MrBeast Burger.[1] The burger includes avocado, which represents the light green background of his avatar. It is a limited-edition burger.
He did a face reveal on October 2, 2022; due to popular demand. This revealed that he has wavy hair and a strong jawline.
However, on June 9, 2023, he deleted his face reveal video, and posted a new video called "bye, from Dream," stating that he is no longer showing fans his face. But on the MrBeast channel, you could still see his face by watching "I Survived 50 Hours In Antarctica."
