Extreme $100,000 Game of Tag! is an expensive challenge video created by MrBeast. In this video, Jimmy gives time for 6 of his crew members, 3 of his fans, and Sapnap to avoid getting tagged by Jimmy, Chris, and Karl in an abandoned hospital and its outdoor area, and the last person to not be tagged by Jimmy and/or Chris wins $100,000. The eliminated contestants are assembled in a small jail.

At 1:18, Jimmy tagged Sam, which marked him in 10th place.
- At 2:57, Jimmy tagged Mitch, which marked him in 9th place.
- At 4:05, Chris tagged Adam, which marked him in 8th place.
- At 7:59, Jimmy tagged Rick, which marked him in 7th place.
- At 9:43, Chris tagged Karl, which marked him in 6th place.
- At 11:04, Chris tagged Nolan, which marked him in 5th place, Karl is now a tagger.
At this point, the hiding zone was limited to only the abandoned hospital itself without the outside area.
- At 12:50, Karl tagged Chandler, which marked him in 4th place.
- At 13:24, Jimmy tagged Christropher, which marked him in 3rd place.
At this point, Jimmy became the only tagger.
- At 15:51, Jimmy found Jordan, which marked her in 2nd place. This makes Sapnap the winner of this challenge with his reward being $100,000. Though, to make Jordan not feel bad by walking home without anything, she won $10,000, and the rest of the participants won $5,000 each.

- The captions have issues to the speakers.
- When Adam said "what's happening" the captions shows Jimmy as the speaker.
- When Jimmy said "Chandler, your fast" the captions mistakes that it was Taylor.
- When Jimmy said "Nolan got away" the captions added the word "one".
- When the Camera man said "Chris is stuck on the roof" the captions mistakes "Ah" was not said by him.
- When Jimmy said "Nolan is in the parking lot" the word "is" is replaced by "in".
- When Karl said that the bars are titanium but they are not since they are metal and the bars looked like would be plastic.
