You cannot sell buildings with rent you have to sell by that price for example if you have red or yellow property set you have to buy for $150 when you sell building you have to sell it half price.
When someone was on someone else's property for example at 6:31 someone gives away a lot of money even though that property does not have any buildings on it and it should give it away for a rent without any increasing.
