Hit The Target, Win $300,000 (formerly Make THIS Shot, Win $300,000) is a challenge video created by MrBeast. In this video, Jimmy hosts a wide variety of challenges that get a bit harder as the video progresses, but the reward also gets bigger. Both the crew members (like Tareq, Adam, etc.) and random subscribers get to do the challenges. For every challenge, the reward is increased by $10,000 for every missed shot (except in the time one challenge went from $70,000 to $75,000, from $80,000 to $100,000, and between $160,000 and $200,000).

At the end of the video, there were 5 challengers, who were all tasked to do a basketball shot from a long distance, and the reward is $200,000. The last person who did this challenge managed to do the shot successfully (while the four other people failed), hence the entire team wins $200,000, and the reward was equally split into $40,000 for each member of the group.
