Trivia[]
- Some of the food may not normally be as expensive as shown in the video. However, according to Chris on the MrBeast Reddit, the extra costs were because of the fact that the crew flew in private chefs, had them quarantine and tested and then they filmed in their own space.[1]
- The total cost for the golden steak, the ice cream, and the tip, is exactly $170,878.24.
- The crew ate the $50,000 golden steak and the $100,000 ice cream in the same restaurant.
- All of the random subscribers were tested if they have COVID-19 or not, and everyone was safe.
- The hamon-stuffed cornish hen with mashed potatoes were made by the same chef who appeared in I Gave $200,000 To People Who Lost Their Jobs (Corona Virus). That chef was able to pay his medical bills because of MrBeast giving him money.
- When Jimmy and the crew rented a restaurant to eat mac and cheese, a man is seen next to the door of the restaurant. He wouldn't allow people in, but for compensation, he'd give any person who shows up at the restaurant $1,000.
- When the crew were eating mac and cheese, Chandler was given an extra plain mac and cheese dish.
- When the crew started with the banana foster, they started wearing suits, even though the random subscribers weren't.
