MrBeast's recreation of Squid Game, often referred to, by the community, as MrBeast's Squid Game, MrBeast Squid Game or even MrBeast Game and Beast Game, is the name given to MrBeast's project of re-creating the features, games, locations, and progression from the Netflix television series Squid Game. The video featuring the re-created Squid Game, $456000 Squid Game In Real Life!, premiered on MrBeast's main channel on November 24, 2021, at 4:00PM EST. Despite the challenges in Squid Game spanning an entire season (or more so, several hours), in MrBeast's video, all of the 6 re-created challenges were put into one 25-minute video.

History[]
In October 2021, MrBeast has announced on his TikTok account that he will re-create his equivalent of Squid Game if he gets 10 million likes, which he already did in less than a day, or more specifically, just in a shy of 2 hours. The reason that he did this is because both MrBeast's videos and Squid Game have been considered to be very similar ever since the release of the TV series, except that Squid Game includes killing as elimination.
The rooms that were revealed to be recreated include the dorm room, Red Light, Green Light, Sugar Honeycombs, and Marbles, then Tug of War. Glass Stepping Stones, Squid Game (game) were recreated too but remained unrevealed.
On November 22, 2021, MrBeast leaked a few more scenes for the video on a livestream that he made. He revealed that the release date for the video was on November 24, 2021, at 4:00PM EST.

Comparison[]
A few key differences between the original series and the re-creation is that MrBeast's version won't feature killing as the way to eliminate opponents, but instead, the opponents would otherwise leave, so any deadly elements like the guns on the walls from the series weren't implemented. In the case of Tug of War and Glass Stepping Stones, since these games were bound to be deadly in the original series, Jimmy decided to implement a foamy area in the parts where people fall. Moreover, the opponents aren't necessarily people in debt, but instead, they could be YouTubers or just random subscribers. Moreover, there is a much smaller final prize than the series (being $456K), but people who lost also got some money, unlike in the original Squid Games where only the winner got money.
Though, there are some similarities, like the whole premise, the games played, and more. For instance, the games look very similar to the original and they all have the same objective. Moreover, there is a dorm room that looks similar to the original series. To add, there are exactly 456 contestants, all of them wearing a numbered suit each (which doesn't have the same style as in the series, but they look similar).
Budget[]
The estimated budget for the project is $3.5M, with the whole setup of the games costing $2M and the prizes given away being $1.5M. Among the $1.5M, the main cash prize for the winner will be $456K, while the other $1.044M will probably be distributed among people who were close to the first place or even to most, if not all contestants.
