MrBeast Burger is an online delivery fast-food chain and restaurant brand created by YouTuber and philanthropist MrBeast, in partnership with Virtual Dining Concepts, LLC. This restaurant, temporarily opened in The Burger Boy in Wilson, North Carolina, is the main setting and location for the video "I Opened A Restaurant That Pays You To Eat At It" and it was founded on its own application on December 19, 2020. Food can be ordered via the proprietary app or through major food delivery service apps, like UberEats. On September 4th, 2022, they opened a MrBeast Burger in the American Dream mall.
History[]
In a November 2020 article with The Wake Weekly, Will Hyde, a producer of the MrBeast channel, announced that Jimmy would launch a virtual restaurant called "MrBeast Burger" in December 2020. Hyde said his team worked with the company "Virtual Dining Concepts" during the development of the virtual restaurant concept. MrBeast Burger then serves the burgers to restaurants across the United States and customers will be able to order the burgers via online delivery services.
On December 19, 2020, the MrBeast Burger application for Android and iOS devices was developed for ordering food from there only by delivery. Alternatively, MrBeast Burgers are also available through Doordash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and GrubHub. Later on, MrBeast Burger deliveries were available in 420 locations in the United States and not internationally, but there are plans to allow these deliveries to happen internationally in the future. The restaurant started opening outside the United States by opening locations in Canada in early February, and more precisely, in Toronto, Edmonton, and Calgary. This is the first time the chain opened outside the United States.
In addition, a brand new MrBeast Burger merchandise line was launched at MrBeast Store, selling tees, aprons, and caps, sporting either the MrBeast Burger logo or the mascot, Beast Burger Boy. Three months after its opening, MrBeast Burger passed 1 million burgers sold.
On April 26, 2021, it was announced that there are over 600 locations and that Dream collaborated with MrBeast for a new burger called the Dream Burger. On May 10, 2021, it was announced that MrBeast Burger opened 700 locations. They also opened 5 locations in London, United Kingdom, which is in Europe, which means that this is the first time the chain was opened outside North America. Jimmy and his team hope to expand the chain through out the rest of Europe. As of late June 2021, over 800 restaurants were opened.
In March 2022, the MrBeast team collaborated with DreamWorks Animations for the Shrek media franchise, to sell limited-edition Shrek and MrBeast themed merchandise, as well as the Shrek quesadilla for MrBeast Burger. They were available until April 15, 2022. On September 3, 2022, MrBeast uploaded a video titled I Hunted 100 People For $1,000,000, where he mentions that a physical version of the restaurant was opened for the first time. It is located in the American Dream mall, New Jersey, which is the same place where they shot that video. It is opened permanently. Also, on the day after, on September 4, he said that he will be at the cash register for a day.
In August 2023, Jimmy sued Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), primarily due to the low quality of the food. In return, VDC sued Jimmy a week Later.
In Late 2023 Jimmy closed most of the location in the United States, and in all other Country's. If you want MrBeast Burger you will have to go to somewhere where tey still sell it.
MrBeast sued for $100m by MrBeast Burger[]
On June 17, YouTuber MrBeast revealed he’d be “moving on” from his Beast Burger restaurants in order to shift his focus to his venture in the snack business with his chocolate bar brand Feastables.
The move came just after two years after he partnered with Virtual Dining Concepts, launching over 2,000 “ghost kitchens” to make Beast Burger available nationwide across the United States.
As first reported by Bloomberg, MrBeast has since filed a lawsuit against the company, for their quality control problems, with customers labeling the food as ‘disgusting’, ‘revolting,’ and ‘inedible’. Furthermore, the YouTube star claimed he’s yet to receive payments from the company, meanwhile, the business has made millions of dollars.
In return, Virtual Dining Concepts hit back at the suit claiming the complaint is “riddled with false statements and inaccuracies” — and has now filed a countersuit for “failing to honor his contractual obligations.”
Role in video[]
In the video "I Opened A Restaurant That Pays You To Eat At It" when somebody ordered food there from the drive-thru, the customers weren't the ones who pay for the food but it is MrBeast and the crew who does. They could sometimes give away a lot of money and electronics like Airpods and iPads with the meal.
Due to the high traffic and demand, the line of cars spanned through miles, and more crew members were hired to prepare the meals. Moreover, over the course of this video, to reduce the traffic, they had to open two drive-thrus instead of one, to keep up with the demand. Even with that happening and the fact that there was a giant parking lot, there was still a lot of traffic that spanned over 20 miles nearly through the end of the video, even at night. It got to the point where the local police were involved (who were understanding and thoughtful with the crew), thus having to serve 30 last cars of customers and closing the restaurant at night.
Logo appearance[]
The logo, with a light blue background, appears to be a large burger with a top burger bun, and below it is ketchup, then lettuce. Below the lettuce is "MrBeast Burger" written in yellow and outlined with blue, then red. Some of the letters are dripping because they indicate the juiciness of the burger. Below the textual wordmark is a blue ingredient, then ketchup, then the bottom burger bun.
Application[]
The MrBeast Burger application was developed in December 2020 and by Virtual Dining Concepts, LLC. The application gained recognition when it was featured in the official description of the video "I Opened A Restaurant That Pays You To Eat At It". It is available to install for Android and iOS devices. Like any other business and contrary to the video, the available food items cost money and the money made from this restaurant will go to charity, hence why MrBeast Burger is basically another way to raise money for charity.
Some of the app features include:
- The ability to modify and add food to the cart;
- A product and ingredient imagery;
- Enabling geolocation to find the nearest MrBeast Burger restaurant;
- Ordering food for delivery;
- Saving credit and debit cards for faster checkouts;
- Using gift cards to order online;
- Reordering past orders;
In the application, to order at MrBeast Burger, one has to:
- Enter their delivery address and choose from the delivery locations in their area;
- Choose a category and add an item or modify an item to add to their cart;
- After they've finished adding items to your order, they should select checkout from their cart;
- Proceed through the checkout flow, and monitor their delivery progress from their order confirmation screen;

Trivia[]
- The chocolate chip cookie dessert might be a reference to MrBeast's old interest in chocolate chip cookies or his old "Like The Video For A Cookie!" poster.
- Some food the restaurant serves is derived from the main crew members' names, such as the "Kris style" burger, which has a lot of fries on it because Kris likes fries, the "Chandler style" burger, and the "Karl style" burger, which is basically a grilled cheese sandwich with the buns inverted.
- In Would YOU Quit School For $100,000?, a car with the MrBeast Burger texture was introduced for the first time.
- The meals made by Kris are removed the reason is that Kris is now fired from the Beast crew.
- Before this happened Kris changed his name from "Ch" to "K" but despite this, her name is still using the former name for unknown reasons.
