Stages[]
Stage 1[]
In the first stage, there was a very complicated laser maze which the contestants had to cross. This, as noted by MrBeast, was the simplest of the 10 levels.
Stage 2[]
The contestants had to navigate the green laser course and traverse a wall before the red lasers closed in on them.
Stage 3[]
In 10 minutes, the contestants had to go on a moving platform, a balance beam, then another moving platform while dodging the green lasers and trying to not fall off and hit the red lasers.
Stage 4[]
This stage introduced death beams. Before they fire, they will show a flash of light. The contestants had to reach the end without hitting any lasers or death beams when fired.
Stage 5[]
The contestants were trapped in a circle of blue lasers for 10 hours. After 10 hours, all lasers went off for 3.5 seconds, allowing the contestants to get to the end in a short amount of time. Midway, the contestants got some Prime and food. In reality, they were trapped for 7 hours.
Stage 6[]
The contestants had to complete a parkour course. The lasers will turn off for a short amount of time before turning on every 30 seconds. The contestants also held a bottle of Prime during the course.
Stage 7[]
The contestants had a choice: either quit immediately and get a Tesla or keep going for $250,000 by passing an extremely hard green laser maze. All the remaining contestants chose the lasers.
Stage 8[]
The eighth level was a level in which the contestants had to jump from platform to platform in order to avoid the red lasers on the ground. Every 30 seconds, the red lasers would briefly disappear, allowing the contestants to run onto another platform instead of jump if they wished.
Stage 9[]
In this stage, MrBeast said that designing laser mazes was tiring, so he got his friends, namely Karl, Nolan, and Tareq to each add a single laser. Nolan's was a red laser that moved up and down in the middle of the room, which Karl noted to be quite pathetic. Tareq's was a blue one that moved across the floor, and Karl's was a green one which moved in a complicated pattern. Prior to this stage, MrBeast purposely made the remaining contestants wait for a few hours 'just to build a little suspense'.
Stage 10[]
This last stage was a race between the two remaining contestants, consisting of a little bit of every other level. The rules were: touch the box first, instantly winning it, or your opponent touches a laser first, therefore they are eliminated which causes you to win.
